Santiago Marco nace en Zaragoza en 1982. Comienza sus estudios musicales a los 9 años en la Agrupación Musical Santa Cecilia de Mallén. En 1997 comienza sus estudios en el Conservatorio de Música de Tarazona de la mano de Luis Felipe Gracia con el que finaliza sus estudios de Grado Medio LOGSE en el año 2003. Ha realizado diversos cursos de perfeccionamiento con profesores como Lluis González Martí, Douglas Prosser, Bo Nilson, Reinold Friedrich, Maurice Benterfá, Jonh Aigi, César Asensi, Germán Asensi y Miréia Ferrer.

Es miembro del grupo de metales de Musikene con el que han realizado diversas actuaciones en el Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao y en el año 2004-2005 realizó una gira por China con la Joven Orquesta del País Vasco. Durante los años 2005-07 formó parte de la Joven Orquesta del País Vasco (EGO) y de la Joven Orquesta Nacional de Cataluña (JONC). Ha colaborado con la orquesta formada para los primeros premios del Palau de la Música de Barcelona en Noviembre de 2005. Ha colaborado con la orquesta JONC Filarmonía en la grabación de un CD y ciclos de conciertos.

También ha colaborado con Barcelona Modern Project en la grabación de un CD de música contemporánea. Ha colaborado con la Orquesta Sinfónica del Valles y colabora asiduamente con la Orquesta de Cámara de Granollers. Su labor pedagógica y profesional se centra en la dirección musical de la Agrupación Musical Santa Cecilia de Mallén, que combina con las clases de trompeta en dicha localidad. Ha estudiado en el Conservatorio Superior de Música del País Vasco, con el profesor Lluis González Martí. Ha formado parte de la Orquesta de la Academia del Teatro Liceo de Barcelona durante la temporada 2007-2008.

Colabora con la Banda Municipal de Barcelona desde la temporada 2008-09. Ha sido invitado a participar en el “Spring Prague Festival” de Mayo de 2010.

He was born in Benaguasil (València) in 1958. He began studying at 7 years old in its Music Academy. From the very first moment, his marks were very fine (A). At 9, he entered in the València High Music Conservatory as a Horn student. Mr. Rossell was his professor. In 1970, he obtained a grant and finished studying in 1976.

In 1973, Montesinos became a member of the València Conservatory Band as a solist and integrated a wind quintet, which performed in a lot of citis in Spain. Three years later, he entered in the Simphonic Orchestra in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He could interpretate, for exemple, Concert number 2 for Horn and Orchestra KV. 417 by W. A.Mozart. En 1977, Montesinos managed to achieve both the soloist post in the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra, in Barcelona, and the soloist post in the Municipal Band, also in Barcelona, where he actually developes his professional carreer.

He has collaborated with the Ciutat de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya Orchestra or with Vallès Orchestra, for instance. About Camera Music, Montesinos is a member of the Barna Brass Quintet and has offered didactical concerts and performances in important theatres throught Catalunya.

He was born in Paterna (València, Spain) in 1973. He began his musical studies in the Centre Musical Paternense with Miguel Llopis and José Marqués. When he was 9, he iniciated Euphonium studies and obtained the title of High Professor with High Honours at the end of his university studies.

At 13, Zuriaga began studying slide trombone at the same time that he continues with Alto Saxhorn. He managed to obtain the title of High Professor in 1998. Branimir Slokar, Gilles Mallière, Jacques Mauger, Baltasar Perelló, Simeón Galduf, Joaquín Vidal, José Marqués, Juan Miñana, Vicente Nogués, Steven Mead, Miguel Moreno, The Childs Brothers or Rafael Tortajada have been his teachers.

He has taken classes and improvement courses from them. Zuriaga has collaborated with some musical groups, such as the municipal bands of Madrid and Huelva or the one in Militar Government in Palma de Mallorca. He has played in the Municipal Orchestra in València, Orquesta Sinfonieta “Solistas de Valencia”, Orquestra Nova Filharmònica in València, the Universitat de València Philarmonic Orchestra and the Orquestra Simfònica del Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona. He passed an opposition with youngers from 20 mediterranian countries. It made him possible to integrate the Orchestre des Jeunes de la Mediterranée and to take part in a tour around France, Tunice, Morocco or Italia. The Orchestre was directed by Michel Tabacknick.

He has worked as a wind brass teacher in Torrefil CIM, Sedaví Music School, Orriols Music Band, Centre Musical Paternense and in the Musical Association (all them in València) in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Since 2000 and after an opposition, Zuriaga has been working as alto saxhorn soloist in the Barcelona Municipal Band. Since 2002 he plays as a fliscorno soloist in the Cobla Simfònica de Catalunya. He manages to collaborate, at the same time, with the cuartet trombone “Proyecto 4” and Barna Brass Quintet.

He was born in Beniarrès (Alacant, Spain) in 1980. He began his studies when he was 7 in the Music Conservatory in Alcoi, whose young orchestra he was soloist trompet in. Early he stood out with the trumpet. He has made a lot of courses in Riba-roja de Túria, Tortosa, Murcia, Montserrat, Cullera or Cocentaina.

His first and main trumpet master is Mr. Alfonso Faus. He has guided Santiago’s trumpet evolution. He has had more teachers: Vicente Campos, José Ortiz, Eric Aubier or Rubén Marqués.

He travels frequently to Perpignan in order to receive classes of its conservatory teacher Maurice Benterfa. In March 1998, Gozálbez passed the convocatory of the Comunitat Valenciana’ Jove Orquestra and was later convoked to a concert tour.

During 1999, he continued as one of its permanent member. In July 1999, as a guest member of “La Artística de Buñol” band and directed by Henry Adams, he did a concert tour throught Europe (France, Luxemburg, Holland, Germany, Belgium...) .

Santiago Gozálbez passed in December 1999 the oppositions for the fliscorno-trumpet post in the Municipal Band in Barcelona. He is actually trumpet soloist. Besides to this, he has also played as a fliscorno soloist.

In September 2001, Gozálbez won the first award (High Degree category) in the trumpet internacional competition in Sant Vicent del Raspeig (Alacant).

He was born in Canals (València) in 1975. His first teacher was Raül Seguí. He obtained the best mark as a professor and won the Middle Degree Honor Prize, in Mestre Verd Conservatori, in Carcaixent. In 1998 he finished the High Degree in Tuba, equivalent to both History and Music Sciences in the High Conservatory in València degrees.

Chelvi was selected by the World Band (BWB) to play the tuba. Master/teacher Pablo Sánchez Torrella was the director.

He has taken part in both national (Andalucía) and internacional (Japan, with the València High Conservatori Jove Orquestra) tours.

Besides this, he has participate in tuba international courses in Vilanova de Castelló, having Roger Bobo, Mel Culberston, Jozsef Bazsinka, Michael Godard and Miguel Moreno as a masters. He has also made a jazz course in the High Conservatory in Madrid; John Sas was its director.

About the pedagogical area, he obtained the CAP (a degree which allows to be a teacher), recognized by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Chelvi has collaborated in some recordings and concerts with Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya orchestras.

In 1999 he passed an opposition and obtained the post of tuba in the BMB. Nowadays, he is the tuba soloist in BMB and works as a tuba teacher in well-known schools in Barcelona.

His dedication to the Camera Music has turned into projects such as: founding member of the Barna Brass Quinent, director of Barcelona Ensemble tuba group, and recital soloist with the pianist Douglas M. Bringas as a accompanist.
